Changes in version 0.1-0 (2026-04-21)                  

  - Initial CBF reader and writer integration for ROI via read_cbf() and
    write_cbf().
  - Added CBLIB download helpers cblib_download() and
    cblib_download_all() for fetching benchmark instances from
    https://cblib.zib.de/download/all/.
  - Downloaded CBLIB archives are decompressed to .cbf by default so
    they can be passed directly to read_cbf().
  - Added unit tests.
